About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Reception/Administration Assistant to join our team in Malvern. The successful candidate will work part-time, 3 days a week, providing administrative support to our busy office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages
- Book meeting rooms and manage calendars
- Sort and distribute mail for the team
- Organize catering and supplies
- Perform other general administration tasks as required
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Xero
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our firm offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for career growth and development, and a competitive benefits package.
