About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Reception/Administration Assistant to join our team in Malvern. The successful candidate will work part-time, 3 days a week, providing administrative support to our busy office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages
  • Book meeting rooms and manage calendars
  • Sort and distribute mail for the team
  • Organize catering and supplies
  • Perform other general administration tasks as required

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Xero

Salary and Benefits
