Customer Service Ambassador
">We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our vibrant team at Marangaroo Golf Course.
">As the driving force of our café operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Managing day-to-day café operations
- Ensuring top quality and consistency in all food and beverage offerings.
- Expanding current food offerings to meet business requirements.
- Collaborating with suppliers for optimal quality and pricing.
- Implementing and maintaining up-to-date food handling standards.
- Efficiently managing stock levels.
- Building relationships with regular patrons to provide excellent service.
- Cultivating and leading our café team's culture.

Requirements
">We are looking for someone with:
">- A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Approved managers card (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- A clear Police Check.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but we encourage those with a friendly disposition and customer service mindset to apply.
