Job Title: Food & Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the efficient operation of our food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of food and beverage professionals in the efficient delivery of high-quality services to guests.
  • Supervise and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
  • Implement strategies to maximize F&B sales and maintain product knowledge.
  • Ensure all service areas and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
  • Address operational problems and guest complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Manage revenue accurately, including cash and charge summaries.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and management experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Knowledge of local and imported beverages, as well as contemporary and classic cocktails.
  • Barista and coffee-making skills.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
