Job Title: Team Leader - Food and Beverage

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our food and beverage team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the development of our wine list.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to achieve high standards of service and quality.
  • Assist the management team in implementing operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our wine list, ensuring it remains fresh and relevant.
  • Provide expert training and guidance to team members on food, wine, and beverage knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in supervisor or team leader positions.
  • Exceptional food, wine, and beverage knowledge.
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
  • Understanding of cost of goods and pricing.
  • Maintain stock control and have experience with invoicing.
  • Genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Innovative but still follow direction.
