The RoleThis position is responsible for providing technical support to the Food and Beverage department, ensuring internal systems are up-to-date, and providing first-line assistance with POS system operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food and Beverage, experience with POS systems, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide insights on process improvements and enhancements.
- Update POS with price changes as required.
- Conduct quarterly menu reviews and update POS with seasonal changes.
- Assist managers in generating reports as needed.
- Ensure internal systems are updated to capture relevant and accurate data.
- Support managers in troubleshooting and resolving issues within outlets.
- Liaise with IT on new developments.
- Lead and develop staff members within the team.
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage operations.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Experience and knowledge of POS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid problem-solving skills and basic IT knowledge.
- Experience working at a supervisory or management level.
