We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, as well as managing inventory and supplies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the development, maintenance, and implementation of all Food and Beverage systems.
  • Liaise closely with managers, IT, and finance to ensure systems are optimized for operational efficiency.
  • Work with the head chef to plan and cost menus, create menu cards, and ensure consistency across operations.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with key suppliers, industry associations, and other resorts and organizations relevant to the effective functioning of the department.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary studies in hospitality management or commercial cookery.
  • Qualifications or extensive experience in a tourism-related field.
  • 1 year+ food and beverage related experience.
  • Must hold and maintain current liquor license training and RSA.
