Senior Finance Strategist

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and success as a Senior Finance Strategist. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategies that inform business decisions and drive organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain complex financial models to forecast future performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyse and interpret financial reports to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Identify financial risks and develop actionable solutions to mitigate them.
Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, or working towards.
- Commercial experience in management accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in accounting and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders as a finance business partner.
