Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Strategist. This is a critical role that involves blending financial planning and analysis expertise with strong business collaboration.

This position requires the ability to support the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business unit objectives. As a financial advisor to management, you will collaborate and support decision-making with data-driven insights and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in executing monthly accounting processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. They will also be responsible for maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial data and implementing effective controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; and CPA, or CA.
  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in FP&A, management accounting, or a related field within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and project cost tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and PowerBI; experience with ERP systems like Oracle, EPM, Cheops, and SAP.
