As a senior finance leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions and operational excellence within our organisation.

  • Lead the finance function to deliver accurate and timely financial close, reporting, and performance analysis that informs business outcomes.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting, treasury management, debtor reconciliation, and project bonding requirements.
  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with strategic goals.
  • Review and challenge project financial summaries, cost-to-complete forecasts, and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain oversight of payroll approvals, controls, and reporting integrity.
  • Drive process and system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax, audit, and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering capability and collaboration.
About You
  • CPA or CA qualification (essential).
  • Proven senior finance leadership experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or resources.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting standards, compliance, and reporting.
  • Track record in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience overseeing payroll, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
