Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans that align with our goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of financial services
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and financial reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to manage them
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters to senior leaders and board committees

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Finance, and/or Certified Practicing Accountant qualification
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
