Heavy Diesel Mechanic

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on maintaining and repairing heavy diesel equipment. As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our drilling operations by carrying out routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety protocols. You should also be able to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.

The ideal candidate will hold an Australian Recognised Cert III in Mobile Plant and have experience working with heavy machinery. A High-Risk Work License – WP, LF would be highly desirable.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be physically fit and able to work in a variety of environments. You will also need to pass pre-employment medical, drug/alcohol screening, and police clearance checks.
