About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Assistant Night Manager. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform duties of Night Manager on at least two days per week, plus covering Night Manager leave and other managerial responsibilities
  • Work as Night Audit, making this a great opportunity for career progression and leadership development
  • In charge of hotel in absence of General Manager overnight, ensures security & service delivery for guests, coordinates end of day audit procedures for the hotel

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in Front Office, preferably as Night Audit and/or Supervisor, with a strong track record of managing teams and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • High level of computer literacy, with Excel and Opera experience preferred, along with proficiency in other relevant software applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
