We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in a 5-star hotel located in the heart of Adelaide CBD. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our overnight operation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the safety and security of the property
  • Providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments as required
  • Managing cash/credit, accounting and banking procedures
  • Issuing keys and maintaining guest confidentiality
  • Managing room availability and sensitively resolving overbooking situations
  • Carrying out reception duties as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of computer literacy and experience with Excel and Opera Cloud
  • Previous hotel experience in Front Office, preferably as Night Audit and/or Supervisor
  • A Responsible Persons Badge and Valid and current First Aid + CPR Qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
  • The ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays
