Contract Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled paralegal to support large companies on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience or be a newly qualified lawyer/junior lawyer.
- Review contracts and commercial agreements using AI tools.
- Support the General Counsel with daily tasks such as filings and legal research (e.g. data privacy, compliance).
- Assess legal risks, especially around liability clauses, using internal guidelines.
- Maintain and update contract and document management systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid work visa for Australia.
- Experience in an in-house legal team is a bonus.
- A good understanding of commercial and corporate law.
- A genuine interest or some experience in AI legal tools is advantageous.
