Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with expertise in corporate law to join our team.

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including advice on unfair contract terms is a key responsibility of the role.
  • Supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions with intellectual property, technology, and privacy expertise is also crucial.
  • Advising clients on licensing and commercialization of technologies and brands is another key aspect of the job.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years post-qualification experience in corporate law practice with strong contracting experience, excellent writing and document preparation abilities, and strong analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
