Change Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our team, responsible for leading impactful change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive change impact analyses, including leading change impact discussions and documenting outcomes, to assess the scale of change involved and develop solutions in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to maximise opportunities for consultation and collaboration on change related activities, identifying implementation barriers and solutions early on and optimising successful deployment of the change.
  • Play a key role in planning, designing, developing and delivering project communications and rollout activities through provision of specialist change related input, conducting briefings, workshops and producing resource material to actively support project implementation and outcomes.
