About This Role

We are seeking a professional to manage new domestic property claims from clients, establish a pathway to resolve customer complaints, and handle a portfolio of complex claims requiring dedicated focus and expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end claims management, including policy interpretation, stakeholder liaison, settlement negotiation, and claim resolution
  • Proactively work with customers to identify and drive solutions
  • Support vulnerable customers in accordance with industry expectations
  • Act as an expert reference point and mentor to colleagues

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience managing complex domestic property claims, including escape of liquids and break and enter claims
  • A comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice
  • Strong policy analysis and interpretation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work to deadlines
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills
