Research Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Associate to join our team at the University of New South Wales. As a Research Associate, you will contribute to the research effort of the ARC Centre for Next-Gen Architectural Manufacturing (Arch_Manu) and develop your research expertise through the pursuit of defined projects relevant to your field of research.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and provide research support to Arch_Manu research teams to create scholarly output that is recognised by peers.
- Contribute to the development of research projects and proposals, and participate in the preparation of research reports and publications.
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop and implement research projects, and provide research support to industry partners.
- Undertake data collection and analysis, and prepare research reports and publications.
- Support the dissemination of Arch_Manu research outcomes through appropriate channels and outlets.
- A doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable of business and/or management research and relevant work experience.
- Proven commitment to proactively keeping up to date with disciplinary knowledge and industry developments.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake high quality academic research and conduct independent research in collaboration with industry partners, with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in data collection methods, analysis, and report writing skills.
- Demonstrated track record of publications and conference presentations relative to opportunity.
- Evidence of high-level interpersonal skills, including excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
