  • Preparing presentations and agendas for internal and external use.
  • Creating marketing materials using design software.
  • Reconciling invoices and managing expense claims.
  • Conducting research and supporting ad hoc projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar support or senior administrative role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
