  • Assist with overall financial performance of the practice">
  • Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards, and stock control">
  • Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone enquiries, making and confirming appointments, checking, processing, and managing customer accounts">
  • General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS and HiCaps">
  • Proactively market your practice to drive patient numbers">
  • Effectively manage the recruitment and selection for all practice staff">

What You'll Bring:

  • Prior dental experience and leadership experience is essential">
  • Be able to train and commute across multiple practices across Sydney">
  • Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative, and time management">
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills, and strong business acumen">
  • Understanding how to generate income and control costs">
  • Able to face into difficult conversations and deal promptly with issues when they arise">
  • Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team">
  • Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the practice">
