This role requires an experienced practitioner to develop behaviour support plans using a positive behaviour support framework, with a commitment to eliminating restrictive practices.

You will work collaboratively within a small cohesive team environment to assist individuals and their families to identify their needs and develop effective strategies to support them.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in behaviour support, a relevant qualification in allied health or social care, and eligibility to register with the relevant membership body. Additionally, they must be eligible to be registered with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission as a PBS Practitioner.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and supportive demeanour. They will be solution-focused, highly organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
