Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the execution of our global compute go-to-market strategy
- Support our commercial teams through deep technical engagements with IT implementers and assist with device evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
- Provide technical guidance to enterprise customers on product features and enable quick adoption
- Resolve technical issues with Windows on Snapdragon products around peripherals, stability, multimedia, etc., which may require on-site collaboration with customers and technology teams
- Collaborate with platform and technology teams to debug enterprise application issues, reproduce issues, and help with detailed issue triage/analysis/resolution
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field
- 5-8 years of working experience in application engineering, field application engineering, or technical product marketing roles
- Technical sales management expertise and ability to manage change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
