Senior Expert in Windows Copilot+ PC Ecosystems

The role of Senior Field Application Engineer is critical in driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies across Commercial spaces. This position involves a pre-sales focus, working closely with IT implementers and Channel teams to deliver seamless device evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
As a key member of the team, you will provide expert technical guidance to support enterprise customers in leveraging product features, enabling quick adoption and resolving complex technical issues related to Peripherals, Stability, Multimedia, etc.
- Execute Qualcomm's Worldwide Compute Go-To-Market strategy effectively
- Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams through in-depth technical engagements with IT implementers
- Deliver comprehensive technical solutions and rapid issue resolution for Windows on Snapdragon products
- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues on customer software/hardware systems
- Engage with stakeholders to understand design requirements and provide training, documentation support
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure accurate feature development and quality assurance
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to address customer design challenges
