Operational Excellence Coordinator

A diverse team of experts seeks an ambitious and organized individual to oversee the smooth operation of our data centers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the processing of Work Orders, Change Orders, and Purchase Requests
  • Partnering with Controls Engineers, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to complete critical deliverables
  • Providing Operational Planning (OP1/2) inputs and support multi-million dollar project procurement processes
  • Designing and implementing automation solutions to streamline routine coordination tasks
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and developing systematic improvements across coordination workflows

Success measures include:

  • Number of POs/WOs/COs/tickets processed
  • Processing time for POs/WOs/COs/tickets
  • Number of Continuous Improvements delivered

Requirements:

* Experience in procurement or financial or legal process supervision

* Operations support: experience coordinating and managing operational issues and escalations

* Vendor management: experience managing vendor relationships, setting expectations, escalating where appropriate, managing billing milestones

Preferred Qualifications:

* Process improvement: experience in analysis/work-shopping, documentation, process optimization, or automation

* Automation development: experience building automation solutions using AI tools, APIs, or scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.)

* Data analysis and visualization: Experience creating dashboards, analyzing operational metrics, or working with data tools (SQL, QuickSight, etc.) to drive decision-making

* Program management: Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results in fast-paced environments

* Contract reviews: experience reviewing commercial contracts, including terms, conditions, and project details
