About the Role- Mentor and guide field engineers in their technical development.
- Develop and maintain technical guidelines and standards.
- Review and inspect root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Perform design and equipment review for new data centers.
- Support operational issue escalations and on-call events.
- Interface with internal engineering teams to promote consistency and reliability.
- Be the steward of field feedback to upstream design teams.
- Work on concurrent programs across multiple regions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Cumulative 15+ years of experience in mission critical facilities.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Primary understanding of power systems, electrical switchgear, and control systems.
- Secondary understanding of cooling systems, mechanical control systems, and acoustics.
