Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive value for our customers. This role will play a key part in delivering data-led promotional insights and implementing a forward-thinking value strategy.

  • Support the Senior Value Manager in implementing and driving our value strategy
  • Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations on promotional activity
  • Work closely with category managers to stay up to date with changing customer spending habits
  • Partner with marketing and customer teams to communicate trusted value to our customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive value strategy
  • Analyze and provide actionable insights from market data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exposure to data analysis and problem-solving in an FMCG, Retail or Consulting environment
  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, R, PowerBI etc. preferred but not required
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to present data insights confidently to a varied stakeholder group
