Job Title: Profit Protection Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Profit Protection Project Lead to drive initiatives that safeguard value across our organization.

This is a key role in our company, responsible for leading the design, delivery, and execution of shrink reduction and risk mitigation projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, delivery, and execution of shrink reduction and risk mitigation projects that directly impact profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Translate data-driven insights into practical, scalable solutions that reduce loss, enhance processes, and embed sustainable controls.
  • Collaborate with key partners across Merchandise, Property, Store Operations, and other key support office functions to ensure initiatives are effectively adopted and deliver measurable, long-term outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in Profit Protection, loss prevention, or operational risk, as well as experience in project coordination or management within retail.
