Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our assets, ensuring optimal occupant satisfaction and value addition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with expertise in tenancy management, administration, and maintenance coordination. They will also possess excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

About This Role
  • Ongoing responsibility for tenancy management, including property inspections, repairs, and maintenance coordination
  • Administration and financial management, including forecasting, arrears, and reporting
  • Ensuring optimal occupant satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Management of essential, planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Procurement, management, and coordination of subcontractors
  • Property performance monitoring and reporting
  • Development and execution of sustainability initiatives and value-adding strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Property
  • Intermediate knowledge of property management software
  • Ability to work within tight operational deadlines
  • Track record in adding value to assets and sustainable initiatives
