Clinical Coding Expert

The Clinical Coding Coordinator will utilise their clinical coding expertise to coordinate audit team response to insurer onsite and remote audits.
This role will also align audit work program with internal coding audit initiatives resulting in improved coding accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead coding teams with integrity, prioritizing coding accuracy
- Excellent working knowledge of clinical coding using current ICD-AM/ACHI and ACS, driving accurate DRG classification
- Certificate IV in Clinical Classification or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to quality and excellence
- Proficiency in patient administration software and Microsoft office suite
- A national police check may be requested
