About the role

Temporary part-time opportunity to provide expert clinical knowledge and care for consumers/patients with various conditions. Support the general function of the unit through role modelling and application of principles of contemporary, evidence-based, consumer/patient-focused care, education, leadership, and portfolio management. Additionally, this role will support and guide Registered Nurses and other non-registered nursing personnel in complex situations.

About you

  • Practice according to the code of ethics, professional standards, and relevant legislation by maintaining current knowledge and competence within the scope of the role.
  • Apply advanced clinical nursing expertise, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Respond effectively to and support management of sudden changes in patient health status using advanced assessment and intervention skills.
