Product Coding Specialist

Coding specialists play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and accuracy of clinical data. As a Coding Product Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional results.
- Provide subject matter guidance on Beamtree's comprehensive suite of health information management solutions.
- Support product implementation, optimization, and training initiatives.
- Develop engaging product demonstrations and presentations that showcase our capabilities.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams through collaborative efforts.
- Conduct thorough ICD-10-AM coding audits and contribute to product development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health Information Management or Clinical Coding qualifications.
- Eligibility for HIMAA full membership.
- 5–10 years' experience in HIM/clinical coding.
- Auditing qualifications (La Trobe University or equivalent highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-AM and Activity Based Funding.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
