As part of this role, you'll have the chance to craft compelling stories, manage media enquiries, and advise senior leaders on key issues affecting customers, stakeholders, and brand.

  • Develop effective media statements, speeches, talking points, and key messages.
  • Coordinate proactive media opportunities, including liaison with government agencies.
  • Maintain accurate media records, compile analytics reports, and distribute coverage summaries.

For this role, we are looking for talented individuals with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in media liaison, including generating coverage and managing enquiries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex topics.
  • Strategic media insight and a strong sense for newsworthy stories.
  • Experience in incident or crisis communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
