Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Director to lead our culinary operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and exceeding business targets.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of the Kitchen and Food and Beverage Teams, preparing rosters in line with industry standards and driving revenue growth through engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership:

    Manage day-to-day activities of the Kitchen and Food and Beverage Teams, coordinating efforts to deliver seamless service and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

  • Revenue Growth:

    Develop and implement strategic plans to increase breakfast experience, meet guest satisfaction targets, and drive sales growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

  • Team Development:

    Train, mentor, and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience, promoting a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    4+ years' Food and Beverage/Kitchen experience with two years in a leadership capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Leadership Skills:

    Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive results.

  • Data Analysis:

    Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and exceed guest expectations.

  • Customer Service:

    Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
