Job Description
\We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Culinary Operations Manager to lead our food and beverage team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
\In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, managing staff, inventory, and menu development to ensure seamless execution of our culinary vision. Your leadership skills, creativity, and passion for food will inspire your team to deliver outstanding results and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

- Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.\
- Proven experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar role.\
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.\
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.\
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.\
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.\
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.\
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\
- CPR certification.\
