Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional food quality and services.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of airline food quality across all classes by effectively managing kitchen operations, staff, and resources.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and budgeting for kitchen production to meet business targets.
- Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to optimize operational efficiency within allocated budgets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve food catering, meal presentations, menu changes, and audits.
- Enhance productivity and efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop the kitchen team to achieve their full potential.
- E nsure adherence to company HACCP and WHS policies.
- Minimize waste management and cost controls through effective resource utilization.
- Trade qualified with experience as a Sous Chef or higher, preferably in large-scale catering facilities.
- Strong understanding of HACCP / Food Safety / WHS and QA principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
