Event Producer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team in coordinating and delivering a year-round program of creative, cultural and wellbeing events.

  • Work closely with the Creative Team to develop and deliver event programming that is safe, accessible, distinctive and impactful.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Develop and manage contracts, procurement and logistics for events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate event planning, logistics and execution.
  2. Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop event concepts and ideas.
  3. Manage budgets and resources for events.
  4. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
