Overview

We're seeking a full-time senior events producer with agency experience to lead and deliver corporate events across Australia and South-East Asia. You'll join The Bite Project as Director & Co‑Founder led by a tight-knit, high-performing team focused on creative corporate conferencing and brand experiences.

The Role

Location: Collingwood, with a flexible work model (~2 days/week in our co-working office)

Employment type: Full-time (we're open to a 4-day work week if that suits you better)

Start date: We're ready when you are

What You Bring
  • Advanced skills in project and stakeholder management
  • Experience delivering a wide variety of event formats – particularly corporate conferencing and virtual events, brand experiences, with content production skills valued
  • Demonstrated results in building effective client and supplier relationships
  • Confidence in estimating costs and managing detailed budgets to deliver profitable projects
  • Ability to develop timelines and use project management tools to deliver projects calmly and on schedule
  • About 10 years of experience in this industry, ideally with agency experience
  • Proactivity, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage several projects at once
  • A desire to find solutions that are both creative and practical
