We are seeking an experienced Event Producer to join our team.

About the Role

The Event Producer will support our Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production, ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered.

This role involves managing event productions from start to finish, including planning, execution, and post-event wrap-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event logistics, including vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution.
  • Create and manage event timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
  • Contribute to creative ideation and participate in marketing brainstorm meetings.
  • Research and identify new vendors, technologies, and experiences to enhance our offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits.
  • Handle administrative duties, including expense reports and invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event production.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong network of vendors and venues.
  • Understanding of technical production requirements.
  • Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and familiarity with permitting processes.
