Supply Chain Coordinators Role

  • Pivotal logistics specialist needed to ensure seamless import processing and compliance.

The Job Description:

Our company is seeking a skilled supply chain coordinator to support the Warehousing & Logistics Manager Pacific. As a key communication hub for logistics suppliers, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of imported goods, maintaining compliance, and coordinating essential logistics activities for our domestic operation.

You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team, including 3PL providers and customers, to ensure our operational goals are met.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Coordinate the receival of imported goods into the 3PL warehouse, ensuring compliance with AQIS and AU Customs.
  2. Monitor and forecast shipments and deliveries, addressing any scheduling or capability issues with stakeholders.
  3. Manage co-packers and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with AU Customs and regulatory requirements.
  4. Support inventory replenishment between Sydney and Melbourne warehouses, ensuring timely order dispatch.

Required Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Logistics.
  • Strong ERP systems experience such as JDE or SAP.
  • Customer service focus; with a friendly and helpful communication style.
  • Solutions focused mindset.
  • Analytical skills using excel with a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with export/import documentation & legislation.
