Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of vendor invoices for accounts payable, guaranteeing accurate and efficient financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, review, and validate vendor invoices for processing; process and receipt invoices for payment;

  2. Liaise with vendors and logistics partners, maintaining strong relationships with Finance and Procurement,

  3. Manage reporting activities, track and calculate invoice accruals monthly, and develop and maintain reporting and dashboards.

  4. Develop and implement effective processes to ensure accurate and efficient financial transactions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supply chain, logistics or/and finance, preferably with exposure to vendor invoices and budgets.

They should have high orientation to detail, analytical capabilities, and result orientation, as well as strong communication and cross-teams collaboration skills.

Intermediate Excel skills and experience using PowerBI and Power Queries are highly regarded.

Experience with ERP software, SAP proficiency is a strong plus.
