Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Property Manager to deliver first-class end-to-end tenancy and property management services for a portfolio of properties.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to owners and tenants.
  • Participate in regular meetings to ensure effective information sharing.
  • Protect and promote the company culture and morale.
  • Use industry-leading software to streamline tasks.
  • Collaborate with our on-site caretaking team for building-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance management to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Trust accounting requirements including daily reconciliations and end-of-month procedures.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections and report findings.
  • Follow up with contractors to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Send inspection reports to property owners and identify required actions.
  • Support colleagues in resolving day-to-day property management issues.
  • A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Work effectively and independently as part of a team.
