About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and consistency of our dynamic operation to support the wider business.

  • You will be responsible for supervising a team that coordinates travel and accommodation arrangements for a primarily fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) workforce.
  • Oversight and support of daily activities, as well as ongoing engagement through regular one-to-one meetings and individual development plans.
  • You will monitor team performance and ensure quality customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Balancing flight requirements to optimize resources and drive high utilization.
  • You will manage and implement policies and guidelines related to travel and accommodation.
  • Streamlining processes, ensuring consistent application and/or improvement of processes including system enhancements.
  • You will manage accommodation constraints through prioritization and appropriate utilization of assets (FIFO villages).
  • Assisting in managing and communicating flight delays and unplanned events to minimize workforce disruptions.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with:

  • A proven track record of supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the resource industry and exposure to FIFO travel and accommodation processes.
  • Good understanding of logistics management systems within similar industries.
  • A high customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
  • The ability to adapt to change effortlessly and cope well in a high-paced dynamic environment.
Location

This permanent full-time position is based in Adelaide, South Australia Export Park or Franklin Street, with a Monday-Friday roster.
