Work Injury Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Work Injury Prevention Specialist to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

The successful candidate will use specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment, minimising the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Social Worker to join our team and make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Use your clinical expertise and skills to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  2. Develop and implement effective case management plans to monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  3. Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
