We are seeking an exceptional Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This unique opportunity will see you deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.

Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence in their lives. Your role will involve delivering tailored rehabilitation programs, conducting assessments, and providing expert advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial Needs Assessments
  • Workplace Assessments
  • Advice concerning job modifications
  • Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments
  • ADL assessments
  • Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison and case management services
  • Support needs assessments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full registration with a relevant professional body
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude
  • The ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
  • A current Australian driver's license and vehicle
  • The willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
