Rehabilitation Consultant

We are a leading provider of injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation services in Tasmania, renowned for our expertise and client-centric approach.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering holistic services to assist injured workers recover at work and achieve independence at home. Your clinical knowledge and allied health background will enable you to provide valuable support and guidance to clients.

  • Undertake workplace assessments, initial needs assessments, and provide advice on job modifications to facilitate optimal recovery.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, stakeholders, and clients to develop personalized case management plans.
  • Conduct ADL assessments, vocational assessments, and rehabilitation counseling sessions to ensure seamless transitions back to work.

Key Qualifications:

  • Full registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA/AASW)
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • A self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude, committed to delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
