Job Title: Applications Support Specialist

The successful candidate will have a strong organisational and multitasking ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

Requirements
  • Qualifications in business, technology, computer science or a related field are required for this position.
  • Experience in a healthcare or health services environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are also required.
