Leadership Opportunity for Senior Solution Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our team of solution consultants in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance, foster innovation, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Establish goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide regular guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate resourcing, timely recruitment, and effective onboarding processes.
  • Evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to meet deadlines.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, working closely with other team leads and task forces to enhance business and solution consulting disciplines in ANZ.
