Senior Payroll Specialist

The Senior Payroll Specialist will oversee end-to-end payroll across Australia and New Zealand, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.
- Process payroll in line with employment agreements, contracts, and company policies.
- Handle PAYG, super, payroll tax, and other legislative reporting requirements.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries efficiently.
- Maintain and generate compliant payroll records and reports.
- Support audits and financial planning processes effectively.
- Execute end-of-month/year processes and payroll-related improvements.
- Provide education and support to managers, HR, and employees on payroll matters.
- Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end payroll (AU/NZ), legislation, STP2, super, EA/award interpretation.
- Experience working with Excel, SAP ECC6, CATS, and SuccessFactors.
- Possess strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Excel in communication and stakeholder management.
- Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in payroll system transformation or integration projects.
- Have a solid understanding of payroll-related compliance and reporting.
