Education Course Designer

This is a key role in the design and development of digitally enabled learning, teaching, and assessment across MBA and Graduate Certificate programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration with Academic Staff
  • Develop assessments and rubrics to align courses with program learning goals
  • Stay current with digital learning trends

The ideal candidate has relevant tertiary qualifications and experience or equivalent competence gained through education, training, and experience. Key skills include learning design principles, practices, curriculum development, resource development, and production.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence
  • Sound understanding of learning design principles, practices, curriculum development, resource development, and production
  • Demonstrated capacity to advise staff on the design of student-centred, active learning experiences

Essential Skills: Interpersonal and negotiation skills, written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
