Senior Workplace Relations and Employment Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Relations and Employment Expert to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working at top/mid-tier or leading boutique firms, with expertise in:

  • Employment contracts, awards, and policies
  • Workplace investigations, equal opportunity, and workplace rights
  • Recruitment issues, performance, and conduct issues, and terminations
  • Occupational Health and Safety matters
  • Industrial action and disputes
  • Related litigation and dispute resolution

The successful candidate will be looking for a new challenge, ideally with the ability to build trust with key clients and manage a talented team of mid-level and junior lawyers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective employment contracts, awards, and policies
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide expert advice on equal opportunity and workplace rights

  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
  • Negotiate industrial action and resolve disputes
  • Advise on related litigation and dispute resolution
